Patient Policy

Patient Policy:

Measures taken by the hospital

We  provide safe and high quality care to patients.

To achieve this goal, the following policies have been defined :

  • A focus on the patients.
  • No matter their ethnicity, religion, economic status, or social standing, we will do everything in our power to ensure that every patient receives medical care in the safest and most comfortable atmosphere possible.
  • Early threat detection.
  • In order to identify safety hazards and quickly take steps for risk mitigation, we report occurrences as soon as they are experienced or identified.
  • Using human factors to improve patient safety.
  • We examine the underlying causes of mishaps or unfavourable events and put into place preventive measures for the entire hospital while taking into account human considerations.
  • Customer advocacy.
  • We have formed the Office of Patient and Family Relations to hear patients’ worries, criticisms, and complaints and promptly respond to them, utilising their voices to further improve our services.
  • Training and education for patient safety.

  • To improve their knowledge and abilities in patient safety, teamwork and communication, threat and error management, we educate and train the hospital’s clinical and administrative staff.

  • Fostering a moral and secure culture.

  • In cooperation with the hospital board, managerial personnel, and front-line physicians, we continuously work to develop a just and safe culture in order to promote voluntary incident reporting and to enhance hospital systems for patient safety.

  • Making available or updating a patient safety manual.

  • The “Patient Safety Manual” has been created and given to the administrative and clinical staff. We will also evaluate it and make any necessary updates.
